OK, I understand this is a parody account. Just in case you think it’s serious advice though, please bear in mind that moderation and balance is key. Extreme diets like this, missing major food groups (dietary fibre, to name one) will catch up with you.
There is a lot of hot air spoken about how our ancestors ate. There is a reason why the human mouth has a mix of incisors, canines, premolars and Molars.
